GT86 to Underpin New Supra, BMW Z4 2013

The new Toyota Supra is tipped to borrow its underpinnings from the GT86... and lend them to the next BMW Z4.

Several weeks ago Toyota and BMW signed an agreement to share hybrid technologies and to collaborate on a new platform that would see each automaker get at least one new sports car. This immediately set off speculation that Toyota was finally building a new Supra, and according to a fresh report from Motor Trend, this is indeed the case. But there's a bit of a twist.
